Shipping policy

We ship all our products from our distribution centers in Thailand and United States.

Our shipping partners are ARAMEX, FEDEX and DHL. As such, once you receive the tracking number you may check for updates on our website under "Track Your Order" or follow the instructions that will be given to you in the email. If we use another shipping partner depending on the country of delivery, we will inform you accordingly.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once the payment has been made, kindly allow us 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. We will notify you via email and keep you updated with all relevant information. Please do check your email thoroughly as at times, it has been reported to us, that these notifications end up into your SPAM / Shopping folders.

Delivery standards exclude the date of shipment.  

SHIPPING CHARGES

Currently all products purchased from Riofi Shop are shipped FREE of CHARGE.
